5. Appointments, Billing & Payments

5.1 Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in fees according to Clinic policy.

5.2 Insurance & Payments

  • You are responsible for all copays, deductibles, self-pay fees, and charges not paid by insurance.
  • Verification of insurance benefits is not a guarantee of payment.

5.3 Refunds

6. Telehealth Terms

By participating in telepsychiatry:

By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive SMS texts related to:

  • Billing communications
  • Follow-up instructions

Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by contacting us directly or following instructions in communications and opt-out.

8. Patient Obligations
